Original Smoked Alligator Sausage

Original sausage comprised of Alligator, Pork, and a delicious secret spice blend, all wrapped in natural casing. Upon completion of stuffing the sausage is then fully cooked in the smokehouse, leaving it ready to hit your grill or even a gumbo.
