USDA choice beef tenderloin seasoned and bacon wrapped. 8-10 ounces per filet.
We cut steaks from the top of the line choice beef. That special blend of cajun spice is added and then
vacuum packed to marinate and lock in those wonderful flavors.
These fine cut steaks are ready to throw on the grill after defrosting.
Sear outside of steak, and continue cooking until internal temperature is greater than 144 degrees. You can grill, bake, or pan fry.
