Smoked Tasso

Tasso is lean strips of boneless pork with seasoning.  The pork is smoked to give that extra Cajun taste. You can cut Tasso into small pieces to spice up rice, gumbo, red beans, or whatever else tkaes your fancy. Give Savoie's Tasso a try!
