We cut steaks and roasts from the top of the line beef. That special blend of cajun spice is added and then vacuum packed to marinate and lock in those wonderful flavors.
These fine cut steaks are ready to throw on the grill after defrosting. The roasts are stuffed with onion, bell pepper,and garlic and are oven ready after defrosting.
Sear outside of steak, and continue cooking until internal temperature is greater than 144 degrees. You can grill, bake, or pan fry.
